Our Kitchen and Bath Designer:
Kelly Czosnek has been employed with Rathbun Lumber since April 1, 2002. She is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY in Humanities/Design. She is working with the National Kitchen and Bath Association towards her associate certification in kitchen design (AKD).

Every home improvement process begins with these simple steps:
Start by collecting visuals, ideas, notes, photos and articles into a scrapbook that will help you communicate your ideas to the designer. A photo sometimes speaks louder than words.
Look at your space and determine the aspects that are important for you to change and what fits your needs in your space.
Plan your budget. We at Rathbun Lumber realize how important your budget is and want to help you make every dollar count. The more time you spend in the planning stages to research and develop your space the more efficiently your money will be spent.
No project is too big or too small to use our services. Call to set up an appointment to come see the showroom or for an on site consultation.
When you visit us we will show you our product lines and answer any questions you may have. Provide you with literature and talk about what our goals for your project are. The designer needs a little time to get to know you, so a client interview may be conducted.
When we visit your home we will take measurements and talk about physical changes you'd like to make, we want to be able to utilize every inch of your space.
We also work from floor plans of architects or builders for new construction or additions.
After we have correct measurements, your space is put into the computer and allows us to create individualized floor plans, elevations and perspectives. This program allow us to play with color, door styles, moldings, countertop, flooring, etc. Many people have a difficult time to visualize the projects three dimensionally; these graphics show you an artistic rendering of the finished project.
We then plan a meeting to discuss the design and product selection. The designer provides you with price quotes and we do everything we can to make the plans and price fit your needs.
After an order is placed we are more than happy to help you find the appropriate contractors to suit your projects needs.
